Our primary project management services include: project planning, coordination, installation, configuration, testing, and end-user orientation. Project managers monitor costs and keep you updated with progress reports and modifications as they occur throughout the project planning and implementation phases. Western A/V follows the project management institution methodologies for project implementation. Projects are completed through the following phases: initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
We provide comprehensive “as-built” signal flow drawings, system documentation, and project and equipment manuals to better orient you with your system. More sophisticated and comprehensive integrations may warrant equipment inventory and wire-run databases, with client-approved mnemonic schemes available in a variety of electronic formats
Western A/V's technical service departments are comprised of engineers, field service technicians, and service support personnel. Our dedicated field service technicians and network consultants provide a variety of service options designed to ensure the products and systems purchased from Western A/V are properly maintained. Western A/V’s fully equipped depot repair facilities provide authorized equipment services for most warranty and out of warranty products. Routine preventative maintenance visits can help maintain the proper performance from your system. Service contracts, preventative maintenance visits and extended warranties will protect your investment and guarantee productive use. Manufacturer’s warranties, though important, do not make allowances for on-site technicians, transportation to and from your facility to the service center, professional technical phone support, emergency response, and/or complete knowledge of your system and software. Western A/V’s service support options include these additional considerations to deliver a complete service coverage. In addition to our standard service package, we will customize service plans to provide for special needs.
